Nominations Open for Healthcare Excellence Award

The Carson Valley Health Hospital Foundation is soliciting nominations for the 2017 CVH Healthcare Excellence Award. The award honors individuals who have made an extraordinary contribution to Carson Valley Health (CVH), local healthcare initiatives, or to the improvement of the health and well-being of the Carson Valley. 

Nominations are accepted between January 1 - March 15 of each calendar year. Nominees should meet at least one of the following:

• Made a lasting impact on the community's health and wellbeing.
• Made significant contributions to the healthcare initiatives in the Carson Valley.
• Assumed a leadership position relating to the healthcare outside of the candidate's own organization or company.
• Served as a role model or mentor to others in the healthcare industry.
