Healthcare Excellence Award

About the Award

The Carson Valley Health Hospital Foundation is dedicated to improving healthcare for the Carson Valley while leaving a lasting legacy to the quality of life in our community. The CVH Healthcare Excellence Award was established to honor and recognize those who have made an extraordinary contribution to CVH, local healthcare initiatives, or to the improvement of the health and well-being of the Carson Valley.

The Foundation accepts nominations between January 1 - March 15 of each calendar year.

Nominees should meet at least one of the following:

  • Made a lasting impact on the community's health and well-being.
  • Made significant contributions to the healthcare initiatives in the Carson Valley.
  • Assumed a leadership position relating to the healthcare outside of the candidate's own organization or company.
  • Served as a role model or mentor to others in the healthcare industry.
