Besides our beautiful rural setting, we offer competitive incentives and programs designed to enrich the professional lives of our nurses and staff.
Our New Grad/Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month onboarding program that begins with a 12-week Preceptor Mentorship during which the new graduate nurse works with their preceptor to learn the hands-on skills and flow of their department.
The new graduate nurse is also completing various online modules including AI programs designed to hone critical thinking skills and on-the-job knowledge. Based on the individual’s online training results, their learning plan is based on their individual needs.
New Grads will also complete an additional 2-4 hours a week with the preceptor reviewing various conditions, challenges they may encounter, and exercises to improve their critical thinking and managing of difficult patient scenarios.
