Prominence Health Plans Now Accepted At All Carson Valley Health Facilities

Carson Valley Health is pleased to announce that effective Feb. 1, 2016, patients insured through Prominence Health can be seen at all Carson Valley Health (CVH) facilities. CVH is now an in-network provider for the following Prominence Health plans:
- Prominence Health Link
- Medicare Advantage
- Prominence HMO
- Prominence PPO
“We were very diligent in working with Prominence to come to a solution that offered convenient access to the primary care, outpatient, and hospital services for the members insured in the Prominence Health Network” states Shannon Albert, Interim CEO.
In addition to the Hospital services at 1107 Highway 395 in Gardnerville additional CVH locations within the Prominence Health network include:

- CVH Urgent Care
- Crenshaw Internal Medicine
- Dr. Michael Sullivan, Neurologist
- CVH Occupational Medicine
- Minden Family Medicine and Complete Care
- Alpine Medical Associates

- Topaz Ranch Medical Clinic
- CVH Swing Bed Program
