Participate in the Community Assessment!

Carson Valley Health (CVH) is looking for your input in a community health needs assessment for the Carson Valley. This is your chance to share your thoughts on the Carson Valley’s current healthcare services and help in developing new services to meet the needs of the community.

Or you can request a printed survey to be mailed to you by contacting 775.782.1512. Surveys are also available at the all CVH facilities, Douglas County Senior Center, and the Douglas County Library.

Gathering and responding to this information will help CVH better meet the needs of the community and enhance the quality of life for residents. This assessment is coordinated by the Nevada Office of Rural Health, University of Nevada School of Medicine, and the University of Nevada Center for Economic Development. The information gained from this Community Health Needs Assessment will be used by Carson Valley Health to expand services or access to serve the residents of the Carson Valley. The results of the survey will also be made publically available.
