Carson Valley Medical Center has the Carson Valley's only 24-Hour emergency room and is the only local provider of emergency services that staffs board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians 24-Hours a day, 365 days a year. Patients of the CVMC Emergency Room can take comfort in having the CVMC hospital and ICU available should they need to be admitted for further care, as well as CareFlight on site for quick transport if needed.
Services and treatment provided by the Emergency Room include, but are not limited to:
- Chest Pain
- Respiratory Distress
- Abdominal Pain
- Trauma
- Post-Operative infection/complications
- Pneumonia
- Diabetic Complications
- Eye, ear, nose and throat services
- And any other emergent medical needs
