How to apply:

In Person -- Stop by our Human Resources department in the Administration Building at 1107 Highway 395 in Gardnerville (behind the hospital building) to fill out and submit an application.
Online -- click here to fill out an application online. Steps:
1. Please fill out the entire PDF form
2. Click the email button on the application. By sending this application online, you are agreeing to the statements at the bottom of the application.
3. Your application will be sent to the HR department as soon as you click the email button--you may then close or save the application.
By Fax -- Print the application from the website, fill it out and fax it in to (775) 783-3070.

The Carson Valley Medical Center Human Resources Department is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
