Carson Valley Medical Center (CVMC) is a non-profit community-based hospital offering patient centered care to the residents of Minden, Gardnerville, Genoa and surrounding areas.

  1. *All positions that require a license or certificate must include copies of these documents with their application. Applications not filled out completely or without the accompanying copies of license or certificates will not be considered*
  3. In Person -- Stop by our Human Resources department in the Administration Building at 1107 Highway 395 in Gardnerville (behind the hospital building) to fill out and submit an application.
  4. Online -- click here to fill out an application online. Steps:
  5. 1. Please fill out the entire PDF form
  6. 2. Click the email button on the application. By sending this application online, you are agreeing to the statements at the bottom of the application.
  7. 3. Your application will be sent to the HR department as soon as you click the email button--you may then close or save the application.
  8. 4. All positions that require a license or certificate must fax copies to Human Resources at 775-783-3070. Applications not filled out completely or without the accompanying copies of license or certificates will not be considered.
  9. By Fax -- Print the application from the website, fill it out and fax it in to (775) 783-3070.
