Community Input Meeting February 28
2/27/2013
Carson Valley Medical Center (CVMC) is looking for your input in a community health needs assessment for the Carson Valley.
The community hospital needs to hear from the residents of the Carson Valley as to what healthcare services they would like to see locally, or gain insight to any obstacles that members of our community face when trying to access the healthcare services already available. Gathering and responding to this information will help CVMC better meet the needs of the community and enhance the quality of life for residents.
Members of the community are invited to attend a public meeting on Thursday February 28 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place at Carson Valley Inn at 6:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served.
This assessment is coordinated by the Nevada Office of Rural Health, University of Nevada School of Medicine, and the University of Nevada Center for Economic Development. The information gained from this Community Health Needs Assessment will be used by Carson Valley Medical Center to expand services or access to serve the residents of the Carson Valley. The results of the survey will also be made publically available.
